FAQ

A pontoon boat is a type of flat-bottomed watercraft with buoyant tubes (pontoons) on either side, providing excellent stability and ample space for passengers. It is ideal for leisurely cruises, fishing trips, and family outings on lakes and calm waters.

Renting a pontoon boat is easy! You can book online through our website to ensure you have a boat for your selected day and time. Choose your desired date and time, provide the necessary information, and complete the payment process.

To rent a pontoon boat, you must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Additionally, you may need to sign a liability waiver and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by our company. If you were born on the day of your rental prior to 1996 you will need to have a boater’s safety certificate to operate the pontoon.

No prior boating experience is required for renting a pontoon boat. We provide a brief orientation session to familiarize you with the boat’s controls and safety procedures. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident before setting sail.

The number of passengers a pontoon boat can hold varies depending on the boat’s size and capacity. Our fleet includes boats that can comfortably accommodate groups ranging from 2 to 8 people.

Generally, pets are allowed on our pontoon boats. However, please inform us in advance about your furry companion, and ensure they are well-behaved and comply with any pet-related regulations at the rental location. There will be a cleaning fee implied if the pet has left the pontoon in an undesirable condition upon checkin.

Safety is our top priority. Our pontoon boats are regularly inspected and well-maintained to ensure optimal safety. Life jackets are provided for all passengers, and our staff will go over safety guidelines during the orientation.

While some locations may permit alcohol consumption on the boat, others may have specific rules or restrictions. Please check with us beforehand and always drink responsibly. The laws of Florida  regarding drinking apply on the water as well. Alcohol is not permitted for anyone who will be operating the vessel during the boat rental.

If inclement weather conditions make boating unsafe, we may have to reschedule your rental. We will notify you in advance and provide suitable alternatives to ensure you have a great experience.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your start date and time will be refunded 100%. Within 72 hours of your pickup will be rescheduled as a courtesy one time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Fuel costs are not included in the rental price. You will be responsible for refilling the boat’s fuel tank to the agreed-upon level before returning it. Our staff will provide guidance on refueling.

Yes, fishing is allowed on our pontoon boats. However, make sure to check local fishing regulations and obtain any necessary permits or licenses before engaging in fishing activities. There will be a cleaning fee implied if the boat is left in an undesirable/unclean condition upon check in.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, towels, snacks, and drinks (non-alcoholic, if applicable). Don’t forget your camera to capture the beautiful moments!

The minimum rental period is four hours. All boats must be returned prior to sunset/dusk. Please check with us for specific details.

While we primarily offer self-drive rentals, we may have guided tour packages or captain services available on request. Feel free to inquire about these options when making your reservation.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to make your pontoon boat rental experience enjoyable and memorable!
